About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor for a significant metropolitan civil construction project located in Osborne Park. This is a practical leadership position responsible for the daily site management, guiding teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations.
• Direct and manage employees and subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate work to meet programme schedules.
• Prioritise safety, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and site briefings.
• Coordinate labour, plant, and materials.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Engineers.
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues.
• Cultivate and maintain positive client and subcontractor relationships.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual who:

• Possesses demonstrated experience supervising civil construction projects.
• Can confidently lead teams and subcontractors.
• Is organised, proactive, and capable of making sound decisions on site.
• Has a thorough understanding of civil construction methods and sequencing.
• Leads by example and is committed to delivering quality outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Previous civil construction supervision experience.
• Current White Card.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Desirable Qualifications

• First Aid Certificate.
• Relevant civil construction qualifications.
• Experience delivering government or Tier 1 civil projects.
