Jolong Australia (SA) Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and commercially minded individual to join our team at our St Marys location. We specialise in premium aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial projects nationwide, with operations across Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Our Adelaide headquarters is experiencing continued growth.

This role extends beyond traditional estimating. We are looking for a candidate who can interpret building plans, engage confidently with builders and clients, manage projects from initial enquiry to quotation, and contribute to new business development. Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, floor plans, window schedules, and specifications.
• Interpret residential and commercial project requirements.
• Prepare quotations and cost estimates for aluminium window and door packages.
• Meet with builders, developers, and clients to discuss project requirements.
• Provide product recommendations and technical guidance.
• Follow up on quotations and manage customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal product coordinators and factory teams.
• Assist with project handover and quotation revisions.
• Identify and pursue new builder and developer opportunities.
• Support business development and showroom growth initiatives.
• Attend occasional site visits and measurement/check meetings when required.

About You

We are more focused on finding the right individual than on a perfect resume. Ideally, you will possess:

• Experience in estimating within the windows, doors, glazing, construction, or related industries.
• The ability to interpret architectural plans and building documentation.
• An understanding of commercial construction projects is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in speaking with builders, architects, and developers.
• Self-motivation with a proactive approach.
• Some business development or sales ability is highly desirable.
• The ability to follow opportunities and convert leads into projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic estimating software.
• An Australian driver licence.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with aluminium window and door systems.
• Experience using AutoCAD, Logikal, or similar software.
• An existing builder/developer network in SA.
• Mandarin speaking ability (not essential but advantageous).
