GPCP is seeking a Concrete Boom Pump Operator for a full-time, onsite position at Airport West. The role offers an hourly rate of $60.

GPCP has established a reputation for professionalism and reliability over its 15 years of operation, serving thousands of clients across the Civil, Residential, and Commercial sectors of the Construction Industry. With new projects commencing, we require a new Pump Operator.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and hard-working Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our team, which fosters a positive culture and a great working environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily operation of a Concrete Boom Pump
• Supervising and instructing hose hands
• Completing relevant and mandatory OH&S documentation
• Maintaining equipment to a high standard, ensuring it is job-ready
• Performing general duties as required or requested
• Working on various job sites in accordance with relevant Safety, Health, and Environment Work Method Statements
• Executing client requirements safely and in a timely manner
• Representing the company professionally

Skills & Experience

Candidates will require:

• A current HR Licence for truck operation
• A Boom Operating Licence
• Physical fitness
• Mechanical aptitude
• A White Card
• The ability to pass drug and alcohol tests when required
• The ability to work within a team environment
• A positive attitude
• Good problem-solving skills

Work Schedule

Availability to work from Monday to Saturday is required. Start and finish times will vary daily, reflecting the nature of the industry and project demands.
