Sirius Consolidated Pty Ltd is an award-winning organisation dedicated to quality and integrity across residential and commercial construction and development. Our specialities include high-rise residential developments, low-rise residential developments, commercial developments, and design and construct projects. We are seeking an ambitious, confident, and focused Cadet Construction Manager to join our team.

This position will be based at one of Sirius Consolidated Pty Ltd's construction sites, where you will collaborate with our project team to ensure the safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery of our projects. You will gain extensive exposure to design and construct systems, along with related disciplines, procedures, and controls on site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Project Engineers and Site Managers in coordinating and monitoring site activities.
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Developing and maintaining construction programmes and schedules.
• Assisting with procurement and cost controls.

Skills and Experience:

• Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student, having completed a minimum of second year, in one of the following disciplines: Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering (Civil, Structural), or a similar field.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the capacity for problem-solving.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to build robust relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• A passion for delivering customer-focused quality and creating a positive legacy in the communities where we operate.
• Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.

To maximise your cadetship and gain comprehensive insight into construction project delivery, a commitment to working a minimum of four days per week is required. Flexibility will be provided to align with your study commitments.
