Vanstyn Constructions is a family owned and operated Brisbane business with over 10 years of consistent, high-quality service delivery. We specialise in both Residential and Commercial Construction projects, and are leaders in delivering Quality STRATCO Patios, Carports & Decks to the Northside of Brisbane.

About the role: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this onsite, full-time role involves site inspections, project management, and coordination across multiple sites. You will be responsible for organising and managing trades, contractors, and employees, while ensuring all quality and safety requirements are met. The primary work area is Northside Brisbane, with occasional projects on the southside. This position offers the chance to combine technical expertise with leadership, refine processes, and collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site inspections, preparing for certification.
• Ordering materials.
• Organising and programming employees and trades to complete works.
• Site health and safety management.
• Regular site attendance.
• Quality control.
• Problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaising with admin staff and the Managing Director.

About You: We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and process-driven individual with a proven ability to deliver results in the construction industry. You should enjoy the challenges of a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

• Ability to manage multiple jobs from council approval to implementation.
• Ability and desire to be part of a small, dynamic team.
• Building trade or Construction qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction.
• Proven working experience in Construction/Project Management.
• High level attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Ability to forward plan work and prioritise tasks.
• Ability and flexibility to adapt to changing demands.

Qualifications Required:

• Trade/Construction qualifications.
• Construction White Card.
• Safe working at heights accreditation (preferred but not essential).
• Driver’s licence.
• Experience in Residential & Commercial job sites.
