Buildware Pty Ltd is seeking a Construction Software Consultant for a full-time, remote position based in Brisbane QLD, with a salary range of $110,000 – $130,000 per year plus superannuation and other benefits.

About the Role

As an Implementation Consultant, you will guide construction businesses in successfully adopting Premier Construction Software. Your responsibilities will include working closely with finance teams, project managers, and business leaders to understand their operational methods, recommend best-practice workflows, and assist them in maximising their software investment. Each project presents unique challenges, and your role will involve problem-solving, developing client relationships, and helping businesses enhance their operational efficiency. This is a remote-first position within a collaborative team that is dedicated to client success.

We are interested in hearing from individuals who have experience as a:

• Contract Administrator
• Project Accountant
• Finance Officer or Finance Manager
• Commercial Analyst
• Or in another role providing a strong understanding of construction operations and project-based finance.

It is likely you are a power user of Premier Construction Software, or familiar with systems such as JobPac, Cheops, Timberline/Sage 300 CRE, Coins, Workbench, Vista, Levesys, or Procore Financials. A minimum of 3-5 years of construction industry experience is required.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading clients through successful software implementations.
• Conducting online workshops and training sessions.

• Building trusted relationships with clients throughout their implementation journey.
• Creating documentation and training resources as needed.
• Collaborating with colleagues to continuously enhance our implementation methodology.
