COMPLETE SITE SERVICES is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join their team. The company specialises in manufacturing transportable site buildings for the mining, construction, and government sectors, with products shipped across the state.

About the Role The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the coordination of personnel, plant, materials, subcontractors, and project deadlines. This role involves coordinating site teams, maintaining project momentum, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries, and site activities.
• Maintain project progress, budget adherence, and schedule adherence.
• Interpret construction documents.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly work plans and pre-start meetings.
• Forecast labour and material requirements.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance.
• Manage site logistics, including deliveries, storage, and yard organisation.
• Resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate multiple trades in confined spaces while maintaining composure.

Requirements

• A solid building and construction background.
• Ability to confidently supervise subcontractors and site teams.
• Experience in forward planning beyond immediate tasks.
• Experience with modular buildings is a great bonus, but not essential.
• Understanding of construction logistics and project coordination.
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and persuade.
• Organised, accountable, and calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• An appreciation for humour while maintaining productivity.
