Saunders Civilbuild has established a strong standing in the civil construction sector over 45 years, completing challenging projects through inventive design solutions and construction methodologies. Our expertise spans civil engineering, heavy industry concrete foundations, bridge design and construction, foundation systems, jetty and wharf construction, and building and construction management.

The Role We are seeking experienced Construction Labourers to join our New South Wales construction team. This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, with overtime opportunities available. You will be integral to our bridge construction and maintenance projects, with work primarily site-based in and around the Hunter Region.

About You

• Experience labouring in civil construction.
• Possession of a C class car licence and your own reliable transport.
• General Construction Induction Certificate / White Card.
• RIIWHS202E Work Safely at Heights is desired.
• A good level of physical fitness and the capacity to perform manually intensive tasks.
• A strong focus on safety.
• The ability to communicate effectively within your team.
• A self-starter capable of working unsupervised.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, which is mandatory.
