Zenith Search is partnering with reputable Tier 2 and Tier 3 commercial builders in Western Australia, known for their delivery of quality projects. Opportunities are available for an Intermediate to Senior Contracts Administrator to join established, high-performing teams, offering long-term stability.

This role involves contributing across the full project lifecycle, with exposure to a variety of commercial builds. Experience in varied commercial construction projects and a solid foundation in this sector are key.

The Opportunity:

• Join a respected Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder with a strong and growing project pipeline.

About You:

• Experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven capability across contracts, tendering, procurement, variations, and subcontractor management.
• Solid financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Full working rights in Australia (essential).
