Contracts Administrator

A W Edwards is seeking a full-time, permanent Contracts Administrator to join their team in Huntingwood. This onsite role will focus on major commercial projects across Sydney.

Your Role as a Contracts Administrator This position is primarily responsible for monitoring, reporting, and reviewing all project administration and contractual matters. You will utilise financial and document management systems to achieve project-specific and company objectives. Your scope includes, but is not limited to:

  • Project Start-up & Close-off
  • Procurement of Trades & Major Suppliers
  • Contract Administration (Head Contract, Subcontract, Supplier, Insurance)
  • Project Administration

The role will be site-based, with project locations throughout the Greater Sydney area. Initially, you will be based on a major Data Centre project in Huntingwood. Your project range experience should align with the market sectors A W Edwards delivers on. You will report directly into a highly experienced and collaborative management team.

Requirements for this Role

To be successful, you will require:

  • Related tertiary education. Preferably, you have come through the Cadet route with a similar Tier 1 or 2 Organisation.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator successfully delivering projects in the commercial sector in Sydney.
  • Ability to problem-solve and respond appropriately to a range of project requirements.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Must be willing to commit to a long-term career, be predominately based on site, and work in the Greater Sydney area.
