Contracts Administrator (High End)
Blake Oliver - Property & Construction is seeking a full-time Contracts Administrator for an onsite role in Melbourne VIC. The salary offered is $110k - $140K, based on experience.
This position is with an award-winning architectural builder recognised for delivering architecturally designed luxury homes and boutique commercial projects across Melbourne. Projects typically range from $2M-$10M+.
The Role: Reporting to the Directors, Construction Manager, and Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in the commercial management of multiple high-end construction projects from award to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer head contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Manage progress claims, variations, and cost reporting.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and project financial performance.
- Undertake contract administration, including RFIs, EOTs, and consultant/client correspondence.
- Collaborate with the Construction Manager and Project Managers to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
- Support the successful delivery of multiple luxury residential and boutique commercial projects.
- Attend some job sites as required.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and project financial management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong commercial acumen.
- A proactive and collaborative approach.
- Full Australian Unrestricted Working Rights.
- A Driver’s License.
