Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain procurement schedules and checklists for each project to ensure the timely engagement of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare, review, and administer subcontract agreements, verifying that terms and conditions align with project requirements and company standards.
- Raise and manage purchase orders and work orders within Cheops.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and delivery team to prepare and administer contract variations, progress claims, cost reporting, and project forecasting.
- Coordinate the management and distribution of revised drawings and documentation, ensuring all project stakeholders have access to the most current information.
- Process supplier invoices and subcontractor progress claims, ensuring accurate reconciliation against approved purchase orders, work orders, and contract requirements.
- Maintain precise and current project documentation, contract records, and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance documentation and assist in ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Support project delivery by maintaining contract registers, tracking procurement progress, and assisting with commercial administration activities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate efficient contract administration and resolve project-related queries.

You are comfortable working with clients, consultants, and internal teams, and you understand the importance of clear communication, follow-up, and attention to detail in achieving successful project outcomes.
You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Project Coordination, Design Coordination, or Contracts Administration role.
- Experience in commercial construction, modular construction, or design coordination is highly regarded.
- Exposure to design development processes, consultant coordination, and construction drawings.
- Experience managing project programmes, actions, and consultant deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project systems such as Cheops or Procore.
- The ability to work across multiple stakeholders and maintain momentum on several live projects.
Qualifications:
- A Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction, Building, Project Management, or a related field.
