Design & Build is seeking a Design Manager to join their team in Sydney, NSW. This full-time, onsite position offers a salary of $140,000 - $180,000 + Super.

The Role As Design Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating the design process from concept to project delivery.
• Ensuring design outcomes align with client expectations, project objectives, and construction requirements.
• Collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Driving collaboration and resolving design challenges.
• Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

About You The following experience and skills are required:

• Experience as a Design Manager or Project Design Manager within construction, property, or consultancy.
• A background in architecture, engineering, or a related design discipline.
• Proven experience delivering commercial fit-outs and new-builds.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultant coordination skills.
• Experience managing projects through multiple design phases.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for delivering quality projects.
