Ground Support Systems (Aust) is seeking an astute, hands-on, and experienced Dewatering Technician for our Maddington Branch. This full-time, onsite role offers an opportunity to specialise and thrive in the niche and highly in-demand field of dewatering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and removal of wellpoint dewatering systems.
• Daily maintenance and operational checks of pumps and dewatering systems.
• Setup and commissioning of pumps, generators, and water treatment units.
• Supervising dewatering technicians to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards.
• Assisting in the organisation of equipment and personnel for site mobilisation.

Requirements:

• Experience in dewatering, specifically with wellpoint dewatering systems, deep well systems, and pumps.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in dewatering operations and systems.
• A hands-on approach and a willingness to go above and beyond during this period of unprecedented growth.
• A C Class (car) driver's licence.
• Physical fitness and resilience to thrive in a demanding role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise and communicate effectively with customers on-site.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Forklift licence.
• Excavator ticket.
