MP Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Draftsperson on behalf of their client, a residential construction company based in the Albury Area NSW. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite role.

About the Role As a Draftsperson, your responsibilities will include producing accurate residential construction drawings, coordinating documentation, and providing support to the design and construction teams throughout the building process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare residential house plans, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Liaise with clients, builders, engineers, surveyors, and consultants.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate design changes and revisions throughout projects.
• Assist with council and permit documentation where required.

Essential Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Essential).
• Experience producing residential housing drawings and documentation.
• Strong understanding of Australian residential building standards and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current Australian working rights.
