Current Opportunities
- Electrical Project Managers: Assume leadership for the successful execution of intricate electrical construction projects from inception to finalisation. Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, budgets, subcontractors, client engagement, safety protocols, commercial outcomes, and project delivery on major undertakings.
- Construction Managers: Provide leadership across a portfolio of projects, managing site teams, supervisors, and project managers. Key duties involve driving operational efficiency, project delivery, safety standards, quality assurance, and client satisfaction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budgetary constraints.
- Electrical Estimators: Develop precise and competitive tenders for commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, and data centre projects. This involves reviewing tender documentation, preparing cost estimates, managing subcontractor pricing, and contributing to the successful acquisition of major electrical projects.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking experienced professionals with:
- A track record of delivering major commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
- Thorough understanding of Australian Standards, the National Construction Code, and commercial construction practices.
- Proficiency in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- A proactive mindset coupled with a dedication to quality, safety, and ongoing improvement.
- Appropriate electrical qualifications and practical experience in electrical construction.
