Primero Group is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a full-time, onsite position in Perth WA.

Your Opportunity Primero is recruiting Electrical Supervisors for various Construction Projects. This role operates on a 2:1 FIFO Roster and involves long-term projects with a duration of 6-12 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Proactively plan assigned project works to ensure adequate and fit-for-purpose resources are available.
• Be directly accountable for establishing a safe worksite for all personnel, including subcontractors and visitors.
• Develop relationships with Primero’s clients and prospective clients to maximise opportunities for repeat or initial business.
• Effectively manage multiple site jobs involving several leading hands and/or subcontractors.
• Liaise with client representatives or subcontractors on technical and minor contractual issues.
• Ensure daily pre-start meetings are conducted with all personnel working on site, including subcontractor personnel.
• Report all construction and technical issues immediately to the site engineering team.

What You ‘Can Do’

• Hold a Tertiary/Trade qualification or be suitably qualified.
• Possess at least five (5) years of experience in construction works.
• Have experience within the resource (mining/oil & gas) industries.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess strong daily and weekly planning abilities for assigned tasks.
• Be able to work effectively with the firm’s personnel and subcontractors.
• Have strong HSE understanding and implementation skills.
