This is an ideal role for an experienced estimator looking to advance, assume responsibility, and grow within a company that values innovation and quality.

Park Hill Property is a growing business with a healthy project pipeline, currently encompassing five residential communities with over 600 residential lots. We have earned a reputation for uncompromising quality and are dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and building a home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and production estimates, including tender documents and variations, within a small team.

  • Understand sales estimating and maintain a variation price book.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
  • Manage and negotiate the procurement of building materials.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new systems and processes to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with Design, Sales, Operations, and Construction teams, as well as suppliers.
  • Participate in the continual improvement and development of procedures required for business growth.
  • Complete assigned tasks and achieve job targets within specified timeframes.
  • Create opportunities for business growth and lead a team of estimators and construction supervisors.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Adequate qualifications associated with Residential Construction, such as a Cert IV in Building & Construction.
  • A minimum of 4 years of sales and production estimating experience within the residential building industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work autonomously and within a small team.
  • An understanding of the Building Code of Australia/National Construction Code (BCA/NCC), Planning, and Development Compliance.
  • Overall knowledge of the building process and workflow.
  • Working knowledge of Databuild is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Framework is desirable.
  • You must be motivated and ambitious, with a strong focus on customers and teams.

What’s in it for you? For the right candidate who is committed, punctual, and well presented, this role offers stability. A competitive salary plus superannuation is on offer. You will benefit from a great working environment located within a 5-minute walk to the Metro train station.

This is a significant opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing residential builder. If you are interested in this exciting new role, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience.
