Estimator/Supervisor - Ambrose Construct Group Pty Ltd

Ambrose Construct Group Pty Ltd, a leading insurance repair specialist with national offices, is seeking an experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join our Nerang team. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity within a growing organisation.

The Role: Your responsibilities will include:

  • Estimating, scheduling, and supervising insurance building repairs.
  • Managing jobs from commencement to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with the Construction Manager.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and effectively resolving issues.
  • Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the utilisation of our industry-leading systems.

What You’ll Need:

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction (Essential).
  • Willingness to obtain a QBCC Supervisor Licence (Essential).
  • Cert III in Carpentry (Highly regarded).
  • Current White Card and Driver Licence.
  • Demonstrated experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising repairs.
  • Knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), building regulations, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset.
  • A commitment to safety.
  • Insurance experience and water claims knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
