Excavator and Grader Operators Required for Tier One Projects

Patterson Civil Earthworks Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Excavator and Grader Operators for multiple Tier One civil projects located in Adelaide, SA.

Available Roles:

• Operation of late-model 150 AWD Graders
• Operation of 2026 CAT 325 Excavators equipped with Tilt Rotators

Remuneration:

• $50 – $60 per hour, dependent on experience and capability.
• This is a contract position.

Key Requirements: To be considered for these roles, applicants must possess:

• Demonstrated experience in final trim and detailed civil works on Tier One projects.
• High proficiency in operating GPS/UTS-equipped machinery, achieving a superior standard of finish.
• Current, relevant tickets and licences, along with a White Card.
• Excellent communication skills and a steadfast commitment to site safety.
• The capacity to work autonomously and provide consistent project updates.
• A minimum of 2 years' industry experience.
