ADN Earthworks is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our expanding civil construction team. We are looking for a driven operator with a history of working with excavators from 1T to 50T, ready to engage with varied civil and earthworks projects across Sydney and its surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate excavators spanning 1T to 50T capacity.
• Undertake bulk excavation, detailed excavation, and final trim tasks.
• Perform trenching operations for stormwater, sewer, water, and electrical services.
• Execute batter shaping, benching, and site preparation activities.
• Manage truck loading and material handling.
• Operate rock saws and specialist excavator attachments.
• Work in proximity to live services and within confined work environments.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine plant maintenance.
• Adhere to all site safety and environmental protocols.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience operating excavators from 1T to 50T.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in civil construction and earthworks.
• Essential: White Card.
• Possession of relevant plant operator tickets and VOCs.
• Experience with trenching, drainage, and detailed excavation.
• Experience operating rock saws and specialist attachments is highly regarded.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Current driver's licence; an HR licence is advantageous.
