Construction Careers is seeking a Finishes Foreman/Site Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role in Bowral. Our client is a well-established Tier Two Commercial Construction Company with over 100 years of successful operation across NSW, ACT, and South Australia. They have a diverse project portfolio including Education, Health, Hospitality, Retail, Insurance reinstatement works, and Remedial Refurbishments.

Currently, they are engaged in a $15 million Commercial Build project in the Bowral/Mittagong area for a returning client. Due to increased project demand, they are looking to hire a Finishes Foreman/Leading Hand Carpenter/Sub Foreman (m/f) with experience in fit-outs and finishing trades.

Reporting to an experienced Site Manager, the successful candidate will possess:

• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Experience with finishing trades and/or commercial fit-outs is preferred.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, necessary for maintaining on-site written records and verbal communication with all parties.
• Own transport and tools.
• Trade qualifications, preferably in carpentry, or a full builder's licence.
• Checkable references.
• A calm and accommodating persona.
• A current first aid certificate would be a significant advantage.
• The ability to obtain a clean police check is essential.
• Experience with Hammertech/Procore would be advantageous.

Salary will be competitive and negotiated with the successful applicant.
