Nu-Gen Frames & Trusses, a company recognised for its high-quality workmanship, is looking for a motivated individual to join as a Trainee Frame & Truss Detailer and Estimator. This role offers a pathway to a career in the pre-fabricated housing sector.

About the Position: This traineeship presents an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to develop their skills within a supportive team.

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and finalising detailed estimates for new projects.
• Creating detailed layouts and ancillaries for factory and site needs.
• Providing assistance to the Technical Manager.
• Communicating directly with builders, architects, and engineers.
• Ensuring work is completed on time and meets company quality standards.
• Interacting with internal and external customers.

About You: To be considered for this traineeship, you should possess:

• An interest in residential house construction, architecture, drafting, engineering, CAD, and related areas.
• No prior experience is required, as full training in construction, drafting, and CAD software will be provided.
• A willingness to learn and be guided by experienced team members.
• A strong work ethic.
