Resource Services Group X Pty Ltd (RSGx) is seeking a General Manager – Projects (East Coast) to lead the execution and expansion of a varied project portfolio. This role encompasses infrastructure, energy, water, and data centre sectors along the east coast, managing projects valued at over $250 million.

As General Manager – Projects (East Coast), you will direct strategic initiatives and foster high performance within your team and project portfolio. Your responsibilities will include ensuring efficient project delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth. You will be a key member of the leadership team, accountable for:

• Leading and developing a high-performing team and culture of Project and Operations Managers.
• Managing the end-to-end delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects.
• Allocating and optimising resources to meet project demands and profitability targets.
• Sustaining key stakeholder relationships, managing project escalations, and ensuring satisfaction and compliance across all engagements.
• Overseeing commercial outcomes, including budget, forecasting, and profitability.
• Leveraging strategic, commercial, and operational insight to lead and support project bids.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver competitive, well-scoped tenders aligned with delivery capability and client needs.
• Championing QHSE standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Commercial, QHSE, Finance, and Pre-Contracts teams to shape RSGx’s strategic presence across the East Coast.

About You:

With over 10 years of experience managing infrastructure and construction projects, you possess proven leadership across multiple project teams. Expertise in EPC delivery models is highly desirable. Your strengths lie in financial oversight, contract negotiation, and cost control, consistently driving successful outcomes.

You are highly skilled in tendering, pre-contracts, and stakeholder engagement, known for sharp decision-making and strong communication. Professionalism, integrity, and adaptability are central to your work, particularly in high-pressure environments. You are also flexible with travel and demonstrate unwavering accountability on every project.
