Franklin Smith, a prominent mechanical services contractor with a robust pipeline of significant commercial construction projects throughout Brisbane, is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager. This role involves relocating to Brisbane to assume responsibility for the mechanical delivery of a key commercial tower project.

The Role This position requires you to take end-to-end ownership of HVAC and mechanical services delivery for a major commercial tower. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing subcontractors, procurement, programme, and budget for the mechanical package.
• Driving safety, quality, and productivity outcomes on site.
• Coordinating closely with the head contractor, consultants, and other trades.
• Reporting directly to the project's senior leadership team.

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Proven experience as an HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager on commercial building or tower projects.
• A strong track record in managing subcontractors, budgets, and complex programmes.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to South East Queensland for the long term.
