Installations Scheduler / Coordinator 89's The Garage Door Specialists Willetton Full-time Onsite

89's The Garage Door Specialists, a provider of garage door solutions with over 65 years of experience in servicing domestic and commercial garage doors across Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join their Willetton team. This full-time, onsite position requires a professional with established skills in trades-based build and install operations.

About the Role This role serves as the primary contact for the domestic installations business. Responsibilities include customer communication, job scheduling, resource management, supply chain coordination, and job administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive direct customer phone calls and manage incoming sales emails.
  • Liaise with sales staff and coordinate sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate installations.
  • Oversee and coordinate departmental supply chain and workflows.
  • Monitor scheduling workloads and maximise efficiencies.
  • Assist with the oversight of service scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Report on periodic departmental deliverables.
  • Perform departmental administration and processing as required.
  • Complete after-sales customer service handover.
  • Process, approve, and receipt procurements.

Key Attributes

  • Previous experience in work scheduling, resource planning, and job coordination.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the above roles.
  • Building, trades, or garage door industry experience is desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong systems skills, with previous job management or ERP software experience being essential.
  • A positive team player, willing to assist others, engage with a growing business, and undertake tasks as needed.
