I Space Solutions is seeking an experienced Joinery Project Manager with formal Project Management qualifications to oversee the successful delivery of our projects from award to completion. We specialise in bespoke architectural joinery for high-end residential and commercial projects across Sydney, partnering with leading builders, architects, and designers, and are recognised for our exceptional craftsmanship, technical excellence, and attention to detail.

About You

• Proven experience managing joinery or architectural fit-out projects.
• Formal Project Management qualification (Degree, Diploma, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Strong technical understanding of custom joinery and construction detailing.
• Highly organised with exceptional planning and communication skills.
• Confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders, budgets, and programmes simultaneously.
• Solutions-focused with a passion for quality and attention to detail.

The Role

• Manage projects from design handover through to installation and completion.
• Coordinate clients, builders, architects, designers, suppliers, and installation teams.
• Monitor budgets, programmes, procurement, and project performance.
• Resolve technical and project challenges efficiently.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
