BuzBee is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team in Maudsland. This full-time, onsite role is designed for an organised and proactive individual eager to develop a career in project management. You will work closely with experienced project leads and stakeholders, gaining hands-on project exposure from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, timelines, meeting notes, and action lists.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Support senior project managers with budgets, procurement, variations, risk tracking, and milestone reporting.
• Monitor project progress and help identify issues early for prompt resolution.
• Attend project meetings, prepare updates, and follow up on assigned actions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes, templates, and systems.

About You:

• Some experience in project coordination, administration, construction, engineering, facilities, IT, or a related field.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn project management systems and processes.
• A qualification in project management, construction management, business, engineering, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
