Maintenance and Warranty Supervisor
Simonds Homes is seeking a full-time Maintenance and Warranty Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This onsite role will focus on carrying out maintenance and service inspections as requested by clients across various homes north of Brisbane, from Caboolture to the Sunshine Coast.

Reporting to the Maintenance & Warranty Manager, key accountabilities for this role include:
- Arranging and undertaking Maintenance and Warranty inspections with clients within designated time frames.
- Liaising with maintenance contractors, trades, and/or staff to execute required maintenance work.
- Managing job costings, ensuring labour and material costs remain within the specified budget.
- Ensuring a high standard of work across all maintenance performed.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, promptly and accurately addressing any concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of all works undertaken and associated costs.
- Coordinating with the Maintenance Manager on various jobs and escalating issues as necessary.
- Adhering to and enforcing safe work practices in line with WHSE legislation and Simonds policy.
Who You Are:
We are looking for individuals with:
- Experience undertaking various maintenance works for residential home builds, residential construction experience, and/or a strong trade background.
- A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance (QA) systems (mandatory).
- Completion of the General Construction Induction Course/White Card (mandatory).
- A valid driver’s licence (mandatory).
- Solid project management skills, including experience managing and developing a trade network.
- The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer group, understanding the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong IT/administration skills.
- An eagerness to learn and be part of a supportive team.
