Maintenance Clerk

NRW Civil & Mining, a leader in Australian civil and mining contracting for over 30 years, is seeking a Maintenance Clerk. This role involves providing administrative support to the Maintenance Superintendent and other project stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Recent experience in a Maintenance Administration role.
- Experience within the mining and/or civil industries.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in modern IT applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with maintenance management systems is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to the project management plan, including all NRW policies, procedures, and standards.
- Perform data entry for various daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Maintain maintenance files and plant history for all machines.
- Monitor and record ongoing plant defects, managing the plant defect system.
- Undertake general administration duties.
- Input daily SMU hours for all plant machinery.
- Complete additional tasks as directed, within your skill, qualification, and competence level.
