About the Role: As a Painting Lead Hand, your responsibilities will include managing daily painting operations on-site and supporting the team to achieve safe, clean, and professional results.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Leading and supporting painters on site
• Organising daily tasks and workflow
• Interpreting site requirements and adhering to project instructions
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Ensuring the site is clean, safe, and productive
• Communicating with supervisors, clients, and other trades as needed
• Assisting in the adherence to safety procedures
• Overseeing quality control and job progress

The majority of work is commercial, with occasional regional project opportunities.

What We Require: To be considered, you must possess:

• Previous experience in a painting lead hand or similar site-leading role
• Substantial commercial painting experience
• Full work rights for Australia

• References from previous roles of a similar nature
• Good communication skills
