Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced Piling Rig Operator to join our dedicated team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proficient and driven Piling Rig Operator with demonstrated experience operating piling and drilling equipment on commercial, civil, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the safe and efficient operation of piling rigs, collaborating closely with site supervisors and crews to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate piling and drilling rigs with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Perform daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with offsiders, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Interpret and follow piling set-out information and construction drawings.
• Adhere to all Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and company procedures.
• Complete necessary site documentation and records.
• Provide assistance with mobilisation, demobilisation, and general site activities as needed.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this position, candidates will possess:

• Proven experience operating piling or drilling rigs.
• A current Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• An HR Licence (preferred but not essential).
• Relevant machinery tickets and competencies.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work overtime and travel to project sites when required.
