Principal Landscape Architect & Project Lead - Fremantle

Adaptive Resourcing is seeking a project lead to head the urban design and landscape architecture stream for major infrastructure programmes across multiple sites in metro Perth. This is a senior principal-level role that requires extensive experience in complex infrastructure delivery, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and stakeholder management at the highest levels.

Your New Role:
- Lead and integrate the urban design and landscape architecture workstream across all sites for major infrastructure projects.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team through strategy, 5% and 15% design phases.
- Own client relationships with state agencies, authorities, and ministerial offices.
- Manage commercial performance, including scope, fee forecasting, and change control.
- Navigate statutory approvals, referral processes, and design review panels.
- Maintain design quality and intent across a delivery program of 2+ years.

You possess a strong commercial acumen and are skilled at building relationships with tier 1 stakeholders, enabling you to navigate complex decision-making and influence clarity of purpose across multidisciplinary teams.
