Recruitment Vision is seeking a Project Co-ordinator for a role with a leading flooring organisation in Geelong. The purpose of this position is to support the project management team in the timely and cost-effective delivery of flooring projects.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating operations for contracted jobs, including:
• Logistics: Co-ordinating material delivery to CIS and job sites. Verifying material manifests, ensuring appropriate handling and storage.
• Equipment: Co-ordinating equipment delivery to and return from job sites.
• Administration: Co-ordinating site paperwork, including inductions, SWMS, and technical/installation documents.
• Assisting in maintaining client (end user or builder/developer) relations and communications.
• Assisting in the management of on-site installation teams, including communicating schedules and expectations.
• Assisting the director and project managers with job, resource, and organisational planning (work flows, MS Project or similar as agreed).

About You:

• Knowledge of commercial flooring installation operations or commercial construction sites.
• Experience in managing policies and procedures.
• Good relationship skills for dealing with prospective and current clients, as well as suppliers and contractors.
• Experience with computer programs for reporting, quoting, and communications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Medium Rigid Truck & Forklift License (or willing to obtain).
• Physically fit enough to assist with safe manual handling of materials and equipment.
• Ability and preparedness to work unusual hours in a management rotation when contracts require (nights and weekends, with agreed balance of hours/days/weekends off in recognition).
• Willing to travel in state and interstate as required by jobs.
