Project Delivery Project Leader - Water Corporation, Albany
Water Corporation is seeking a full-time Project Delivery Project Leader to join their team in Albany. This onsite role involves supporting the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the region. You will report to the Project Delivery Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 15 projects across electrical, civil, and mechanical disciplines for water, wastewater, and drainage assets.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to commissioning and closeout.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, business cases, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and objectives.
- Conduct site inspections to assist with project scoping, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
- Manage contract administration and procurement activities, including tendering, vendor engagement, and performance monitoring.
About You:
- Experience in project management within an engineering, construction, or trade background.
- Knowledge of tendering, contract award, and contractor management processes.
- Experience in construction, including quality and HSE requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Understanding of contract administration and project delivery methods.
