CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time, onsite role in Woolloongabba. The salary range for this position is $250K to $300K.

This well-established builder, a leader in innovative design and construction solutions, is looking to expand its team in Brisbane. The company undertakes high-profile education and commercial builds, with projects typically valued between $15 million and $70 million.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete delivery of high-profile education and commercial construction projects.
• Lead project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Manage all facets of project delivery, including safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Drive innovation and foster continuous improvement in project execution.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager, with a preference for experience in the education/commercial sector.
• A strong understanding of the specific challenges and requirements associated with delivering projects in these sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued between $15 million and $50 million.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
