Profix Glazing is a developing commercial glazing company supplying aluminium windows, doors, and glazing packages throughout South East Queensland. We collaborate with builders on projects encompassing office fitouts, large-scale warehouses, and retail developments. Our focus is on reliability, solution-oriented approaches, and ease of collaboration, and we seek a Project Manager to assist in the consistent delivery of high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.

The Role This position involves managing commercial glazing projects from handover to final completion. It is a hands-on role suitable for an individual who excels in a dynamic construction setting and can confidently engage with builders, suppliers, and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award through to completion.
• Liaise with builders, site managers, and other trades.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of works.
• Coordinate procurement, fabrication, and delivery schedules.
• Oversee site installations and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, variations, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with SWMS, safety requirements, and QA processes.
• Prepare and track progress claims, variations, and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.

About You

• Experience in commercial construction is required; glazing or aluminium experience is highly regarded.
• A strong understanding of construction drawings and coordination is needed.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Confident communication skills with builders and site teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience with project management software.
