The Opportunity

You will be accountable for the delivery of commercial construction projects across all stages, from planning through to completion. Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to ICG's high standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
• Developing and managing project programs.
• Procurement and subcontractor management.
• Managing project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Contract administration and commercial management.
• Driving outcomes in safety, quality, program, and client satisfaction.
• Leading project teams and supporting Site Managers and Supervisors.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Preparing project reports and communicating with key stakeholders.
• Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.

About You

You are someone who enjoys taking ownership, problem-solving, and building strong relationships.

You will ideally possess:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• A proven ability to successfully deliver projects from start to finish.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Experience with contract administration and procurement.
• Excellent planning and program management capabilities.
• Confidence working directly with clients and consultants.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
