KONE Elevators Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to join the New Building Solutions Team in Gold Coast, QLD. Role Responsibilities:

• Administer and control projects in the Gold Coast and surrounding areas, leveraging your ability to manage people and resources.
• Engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire your team.
• Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure all projects adhere to KONE’s industry-leading standards.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by building strong relationships and keeping clients and subcontractors aligned, informed, and confident.
• Motivate your team, remove obstacles, and foster a high-performance environment.
• Manage project financials and forecasting to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
• Drive improvement and innovation within projects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience managing complex projects in commercial environments.
• Lift industry experience (desired but not essential).
• A resilient, solutions-focused, and safety-conscious mindset.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly desirable).
• A globally recognised project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 (highly desirable).
• A valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Financial management and forecasting ability.
