TPM Builders Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time, onsite role in North Lakes. The salary range for this position is $110,000 – $150,000 per year.

This opportunity is suited for individuals with a practical, hands-on approach and a trade background, possessing a solid understanding of the construction industry. Our projects are situated within the Greater Brisbane Area.

The successful candidate will oversee the project management of a limited portfolio of commercial and industrial developments. Key responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a strong emphasis on safety.

TPM Builders values a relationship-based operational approach. Candidates will be expected to cultivate and maintain robust working relationships with fellow TPM team members, subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves supporting and collaborating with the Contracts Management Team in developing scopes of work for subcontractors on awarded projects.

Administrative support will be provided by our team. On-the-job training will be offered for Project Management (Procore) and Site Safety (Breadcrumb) Software.

About TPM Builders: TPM Builders is a family-owned business with over two decades of experience in commercial and industrial construction. Our office is located on the north side of Brisbane, and our current projects are in southeast Queensland. We specialise in commercial construction, including warehouses, childcare facilities, service stations, and convenience centres.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Effective communication skills.
• Confidence in communicating with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ability to interpret building specifications and plans.
• Knowledge of building codes.
• Proficiency in solving mathematical problems.
• Ability to interpret drawings and diagrams.
• Attention to detail and compliance with paperwork and safety procedures.

Advantageous Experience:

• Experience with Procore.
• Experience with 1Breadcrumb.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Australian driver's license.
• Trade qualifications/license are advantageous.
• Project Management qualifications are advantageous but not required.
• A minimum of 10 years of construction industry experience is required.
