Project Manager
WorkPac - Karratha is seeking a Project Manager for a casual, onsite role based in Brisbane, QLD. This position offers an hourly rate of $125.

About the Position This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of pipeline capital projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will work across both office and site environments, playing a key role in project coordination, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement. During shutdown periods, you will be required on site to support execution and ensure project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of pipeline CAPEX projects to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams and contractors.
- Monitor and manage cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
- Oversee contractors and suppliers to ensure quality outcomes.
- Support tendering, contract negotiation, and procurement activities.
- Identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Act as key contact for field execution during project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in project performance and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and governance standards.
Skills and Experience Required
- 3+ years’ experience in oil & gas or similar industry.
- Experience in project delivery or project engineering roles.
- Exposure to pipeline or integrity projects (desirable).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments.
- Engineering degree (required).
- RPEQ and/or CPEng (preferred).
- Willingness to work extended hours during shutdown periods.
