Boton Conveyor Services Pty Ltd (BCS) is seeking a Project Supervisor for the SINO Iron Ore Project. This is a full-time, on-site position operating on an 8:6 roster.

As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for the oversight of project management activities on site. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and within required timeframes for BCS clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians to execute projects on site.
• Monitor project progress and quality to ensure alignment with BCS standards and client expectations.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to team members.
• Liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar project supervision capacity.
• Current and valid:
• Minimum C class motor vehicle license.
• Enter and work in confined spaces (RIIWHS202E).
• Work safely at Heights (RIIWHS204E).
• Gas test atmospheres (MSMWHS217).
• Demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment (CPPFES2005).
• Construction White Card.
• Section 26 training and statement of attainment.
• Strong technical expertise and a sound understanding of mining equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology.
