Programmed Facility Management is seeking a full-time Project Supervisor to join our team, contributing to our prominent Housing Contract in the ACT. This role involves the efficient coordination, management, and monitoring of subcontractor performance for maintenance activities within the contract. The objective is to ensure the safe, timely, and client-aligned delivery of all required works, meeting the quality standards of both Programmed Facility Management (PFM) and our client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the safe execution of various maintenance projects.
- Conduct on-site appointments for maintenance works.
- Approve works and manage smaller job scopes.
- Supervise a substantial subcontractor base servicing diverse projects.
- Collaborate and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all occupational health and safety processes and procedures.
About You: To excel in this position, you should have experience in building trades/services or facilities management (or a related field) within a supervisor, management, or planning/scheduling capacity. A proactive attitude, inherent ability to engage with people, and a dedication to excellent service delivery are essential.
Additional Requirements and Qualifications:
- Trade qualification(s) and/or FM experience are desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of building and construction is desirable.
- A current driver’s license is required.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills are needed.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) is expected.
