ID Joinery is a contemporary and forward-thinking joinery firm dedicated to excellence in quality and design. We collaborate with leading builders and designers throughout the state, with much of our business originating from referrals by builders, architects, and past clients.

Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking to recruit both an experienced Cabinet Maker/Joiner and a 3rd or 4th-year Apprentice Joiner to become part of our team. Our commitment to quality and integrity is paramount, and we support our staff with a monthly RDO to foster a balance between professional and personal life.

Requirements for Successful Candidates:

• Possess a Certificate III in either Cabinet Making or Carpentry/Joinery.
• Hold a current driver's licence.
• Demonstrate a positive disposition with a readiness to learn and achieve.
• Exhibit a robust work ethic.
• Possess well-developed literacy and numeracy skills.
• Maintain an exceptional attention to detail.
• Show pride and a sense of ownership in your work.

A trade qualification is highly valued but not essential. If you have experience in joinery, shopfitting, or construction/building, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your time effectively, we encourage you to apply.
