We are seeking a junior or early-career Safety Officer to join our team. This role offers an opportunity for individuals ready to be invested in, develop their skills, and build a long-term career in safety within a high-growth, innovative industry. You will work alongside experienced Safety and Operations leaders committed to mentoring, coaching, and providing the exposure needed for rapid progression.
In this hands-on role, you will gain practical experience across all aspects of safety, including:
- Supporting the management and continuous improvement of WHS systems.
- Participating in site audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Assisting with risk identification, assessments, and control implementation.
- Supporting contractor safety processes and requirements.
- Contributing to incident management and investigations.
- Engaging with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture.
- Assisting with Return to Work and Injury Management processes.
- Building your understanding of WHS legislation and best practice.
We are looking for someone who is driven, curious, and ready to grow:
- A recent graduate or early-career professional in WHS or a related field.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in health and safety.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest in high-risk or industrial environments (experience is a bonus).

This is an onsite role, five days per week, with travel across Sydney and occasional interstate exposure, providing broad, real-world experience early in your career.
