BINGO INDUSTRIES is a fully integrated recycling and resource management company providing solutions across the waste management supply chain in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. We are seeking a junior or early-career Safety Officer to join our team. This role offers an opportunity for individuals ready to be invested in, develop their skills, and build a long-term career in safety within a high-growth, innovative industry. You will work alongside experienced Safety and Operations leaders committed to mentoring, coaching, and providing the exposure needed for rapid progression.

In this hands-on role, you will gain practical experience across all aspects of safety, including:

• Supporting the management and continuous improvement of WHS systems.
• Participating in site audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Assisting with risk identification, assessments, and control implementation.
• Supporting contractor safety processes and requirements.
• Contributing to incident management and investigations.
• Engaging with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Assisting with Return to Work and Injury Management processes.
• Building your understanding of WHS legislation and best practice.

We are looking for someone who is driven, curious, and ready to grow:

• A recent graduate or early-career professional in WHS or a related field.
• A genuine interest in developing a career in health and safety.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in high-risk or industrial environments (experience is a bonus).

This is an onsite role, five days per week, with travel across Sydney and occasional interstate exposure, providing broad, real-world experience early in your career.
