The Role As a Scheduler within our Customer Engineering Services (CES) team, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of maintenance and servicing operations. This position centres on planning and execution, ensuring work is clearly defined, scheduled effectively, and completed without delays or rework. You will maintain a forward plan to provide technicians with clear, manageable workloads and ensure tasks are prepared for execution.
This role requires collaboration with various internal stakeholders to facilitate work progression. You will own the backlog, taking responsibility for resolving overdue, unclear, or stalled work items.
Based in Canning Vale, WA, this role is suited to an organised, proactive, and people-oriented individual comfortable managing a high volume of work and competing priorities across multiple stakeholders daily.
What you will do
- Control the flow of maintenance and servicing work through the business.
- Create and manage work orders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and readiness for execution.
- Maintain a forward plan to provide technicians with clear, achievable workloads and ensure work is ready for execution.
- Own the backlog and actively work to reduce overdue items.
- Coordinate labour and jobs to enhance field efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Ensure all compliance, access, and documentation requirements are met before work commences.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent impacts on delivery.
