Your New Role: We have a new opportunity for an experienced Dozer Operator to join our new clean fill site in Calga, Gosford & Central Coast NSW. This is a hands-on role requiring daily plant operation.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Dozer Operator, preferably in the Quarrying, Earthmoving, or related industry.
• Must hold a current LZ (Dozer) ticket and a Watercart ticket or HR Truck license.
• Possess strong leadership qualities.
• Have sound communication skills and a great work ethic.
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to proactively solve problems and present practical workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Clean Fill site operations, ensuring activities align with rehabilitation requirements or fill plans.
• Support the Operations Manager in ensuring Planning Permits and EPA guidelines are adhered to.
• Uphold a continuous improvement and safety-first mindset.
• Report and record all incidents and hazards in a timely manner.
• Manage the receipt of materials, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure all company and hired equipment is maintained according to manufacturer standards and operates safely and efficiently at all times.
