Senior Finishing Foreman

Design & Build is partnering with a highly established Queensland head contractor to recruit for a permanent Senior Finishing Foreman. This role will be situated on a high-end residential construction project located on the periphery of Brisbane's CBD.

Responsibilities:

• Managing project timelines.
• Leading a team of two foremen.
• Scheduling and overseeing subcontractors.
• Executing all aspects of Quality Assurance, including the identification of defects.
• Collaborating with site and project managers.
• Working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required.

Requirements:

• Recent experience on high-end residential or commercial construction projects exceeding $20 million.
• A carpentry or fitout background is ideal.
• Previous experience with a Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 builder.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and sequence finishing subcontractors.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman on luxury residential projects.
• A QBCC licence is advantageous.
