Adbri Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the complete delivery of significant, high-value capital projects. This role is based in Birkenhead, South Australia, with some intrastate travel anticipated.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of major brownfield and greenfield capital projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Administer all project phases and governance obligations, including Project Execution Plans, risk registers, and controls for scope, schedule, and cost.
- Supervise contract management from inception through to commercial closeout, maintaining rigorous commercial, financial, and risk discipline.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to foster alignment, collaboration, and shared accountability.
- Advance continuous improvement by enhancing PMO processes, governance frameworks, and the organisation's project management maturity.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or a related discipline).
- A postgraduate or recognised project management certification.
- Extensive senior-level experience in delivering complex capital projects valued up to $100 million.
- Proven leadership experience across the full project life-cycle within industrial or operational settings.
- Strong capabilities in project controls, commercial management, contracts, and risk management.
- Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams.
