In line with ongoing expansion in Brisbane, an opportunity exists for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join the organisation.

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will direct all facets of project delivery, encompassing planning through to execution. Collaboration with a range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal personnel, will be integral to ensuring projects are completed within stipulated timeframes, budget constraints, and to superior quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to confirm adherence to project specifications.
  • Manage design review and submission coordination.
  • Undertake contract procurement and tenders specifically for Queensland works.
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant local regulations and safety standards.
  • Furnish regular project status updates to senior management and head office.

Qualifications

  • Membership in HKIA, HKIE, HKIS, or a comparable professional body.
  • A minimum of seven years of project management experience within the construction or real estate sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects.
  • Proficient leadership and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to operate effectively in a high-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency status.
  • Prior experience working in Australia or familiarity with the Australian construction environment.
