In line with ongoing expansion in Brisbane, an opportunity exists for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join the organisation.
Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will direct all facets of project delivery, encompassing planning through to execution. Collaboration with a range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal personnel, will be integral to ensuring projects are completed within stipulated timeframes, budget constraints, and to superior quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to confirm adherence to project specifications.
- Manage design review and submission coordination.
- Undertake contract procurement and tenders specifically for Queensland works.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments.
- Cultivate robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant local regulations and safety standards.
- Furnish regular project status updates to senior management and head office.
Qualifications
- Membership in HKIA, HKIE, HKIS, or a comparable professional body.
- A minimum of seven years of project management experience within the construction or real estate sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects.
- Proficient leadership and communication abilities.
- Capacity to operate effectively in a high-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency status.
- Prior experience working in Australia or familiarity with the Australian construction environment.
